Shawarma
Shawarma is one of the most famous food in the Arab world, especially Morocco, as this dish is found in all Arab countries due to its good taste
- One kilogram of chicken is cut into longitudinal
- One medium-sized tomato, cut into six pieces
- One medium-sized onion, cut into small pieces
- A little coriander and parsley
- A box of Yogurt yogurt one hundred and twenty grams
- Peel half an orange
- Peel half a lemon
- Juice of half a lemon

- Six cloves of garlic
- Four mint leaves
- Ten grains of cloves
- A teaspoon of cinnamon
- A teaspoon of ginger
- A teaspoon of red pepper
- A teaspoon of cumin

- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- Two tablespoons of salt
- One hundred and seventy milliliters of vegetable oil
How to prepare shawarma
After we mix the elements in an electric mill, we put them in a bowl, then add the ingredients that we roasted, add to them the yoghurt and the rest of the spices, all the remaining spices we have, and then mix the ingredients well until all the ingredients are homogeneous together
After that, we filter the chicken pieces from the mixture of spices and bring a frying pan over a medium heat and start cooking the chicken pieces. You can also use the oven to cook the chicken pieces. We cook all the chicken pieces in the same way while stirring well after cooking them well, and put them in a bowl aside
