Shawarma is one of the most famous food in the Arab world, especially Morocco, as this dish is found in all Arab countries due to its good taste

Going back to the history of the shawarma dish, we find the origin of the dish from the Levant and the Ottoman Empire

To prepare the shawarma dish we need

 How to prepare shawarma

We take a frying pan and put it on a medium heat and put in it bay leaves, cloves and cardamom pods and let everyone roast for some minutes while stirring and at the same time in an electric grinder put the tomato pieces, onions, orange peels, lemon peel, coriander and parsley, as well as add garlic cloves, mint leaves, orange and lemon juice, and at the end add oil Plant and turn on the electric mill

After we mix the elements in an electric mill, we put them in a bowl, then add the ingredients that we roasted, add to them the yoghurt and the rest of the spices, all the remaining spices we have, and then mix the ingredients well until all the ingredients are homogeneous together

After that, we put the chicken pieces in the prepared mixture and cover the bowl with food plastic and put it in the refrigerator for as long as possible, and it is better that it be kept for an entire night in the refrigerator

After that, we filter the chicken pieces from the mixture of spices and bring a frying pan over a medium heat and start cooking the chicken pieces. You can also use the oven to cook the chicken pieces. We cook all the chicken pieces in the same way while stirring well after cooking them well, and put them in a bowl aside

After the chicken is cooked, we will need Arabic bread, garlic sauce, a tomato cut into small and thin pieces, a medium-sized onion, cut into small and thin pieces, as well as small pieces of lettuce, cabbage and carrots, and we prepare the shawarma by placing garlic sauce on top of the Arabic bread and put on it the pieces of cabbage, carrots, lettuce and tomato pieces Onions, roll the bread over the ingredients and put them in the pan so that they hold together and become crunchy
