  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • Six tablespoons of table oil mixture and olive oil

  • Half a tablespoon of cumin





:  How to prepare white beans

We take a saucepan and put it on medium heat then add six tablespoons of olive oil mixture and table oil and then add three cloves of chopped garlic then stir the garlic and oil a little after that we add half a kilogram of ground tomatoes to the mixture about three medium sized grains and leave the mixture about two minutes to fry

After that we season the mixture by adding half a teaspoon of black pepper and half a tablespoon of sweet red pepper and a teaspoon of cumin and keep the salt until the end so that the beans do not crumble and add two tablespoons of the center of tomatoes as you see the steps of this dish very easy that everyone can prepare

Then we add two and a half tablespoons of coriander and parsley mixture and keep half a spoon to the end and stir the mixture well and leave it for five minutes until it fuses well, and we have already filtered the beans from the water well because it is good to leave the beans in the water for a whole night in order to become easy to cook

After five minutes have passed, we add the beans to the mixture, and it is better for the beans to be fresh in harvesting because they are cooked quickly and have good taste. After that we add two pieces of hot pepper, which can be dispensed with as desired, then we add two liters of water and close the pot and let it cook for one hour

After an hour has passed since cooking, you will notice a decrease in the water level, and the cooking time can also change, depending on the quality of the beans and by the pot. If the pressure cooker is, the cooking time is less.Then we add salt to the mixture and half a tablespoon of the remaining food from the mixture of coriander and parsley. Stir all the ingredients together and let them cook for about two minutes, then turn the stove off and the dish is ready
