Skewers on the Moroccan way

Moroccan skewers have a special place in the hearts of Moroccans, as it expresses joy and success
  As we find every occasion joy which includes skewers moroccan and as well the Eid al-Adha feast for Muslims, it is necessary to prepare Moroccan skewers


     :          To prepare the skewers we need the following ingredients

  • One kilogram of lamb cut into small pieces
  • One large onion, chopped
  • Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • Tablespoon of cumin
  •   Teaspoon of ginger
  • Tablespoon of coriander powder
  • Tablespoon of red pepper
  • Tablespoon of salt
  • Four tablespoons of table oil mixture and olive oil

:   To bring the skewers to you the method of preparation

We take a container and put a kilogram of sheep meat in it if there is no sheep meat available it can be replaced by any meat you can use white meat as well

Then we add a chopped onion and two tablespoons of chopped parsley and four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and add half a teaspoon of black pepper and add a tablespoon of cumin, a teaspoon of ginger and a tablespoon of coriander powder and a tablespoon of red pepper

After that we mix all the elements together well until the meat is seasoned and then we cover the pot and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

After half an hour has passed, we take the bowl out of the refrigerator and add a tablespoon of salt and four tablespoons of table oil and olive oil mixture, then mix the ingredients well

After that we put the meat on the skewers and we cook them either on the electric barbecue or in the oven as well or barbecue If available


       have a good meal
